A l'automne 2011, après les dégâts causés par le tsunami gigantesque et contre l'avis de beaucoup, le groupe Aerosmith insista pour que sa tournée "Back on the Road" passe par le Japon, un pays avec lequel ils ont toujours entretenu une relation particulière. Les fans japonais se déplacèrent en masse et Aerosmith offrit en retour l'un de ses plus beaux concerts de toute sa carrière.
