Joyeux Noël Grumpy Cat !
Crystal, jeune adolescente solitaire, se rend au centre commercial pendant les fêtes. Le Père Noël lui propose de faire un voeu, tout en jetant une pièce dans la fontaine à souhait. Son voeu : trouver un jour, un ami qui lui sera fidèle et qui pourra devenir son confident. Peu après, elle se rend dans l'animalerie Whiskers, où elle travaille de temps en temps. Là bas, elle rencontre Grumpy Cat, une petite chatte grognon et ironique, qui râle tout le temps. Crystal se rend compte qu'elle peut communiquer avec elle. Une amitié va alors se lier entre elles.
