Un ancien agent de la CIA à la retraite, reprend du service lors de l'enlèvement de sa femme. Le groupe de malfaiteur à l'origine de cet enlèvement veut en réalité assassiner le président des États-Unis d'Amérique. Ils vont tenter de se servir de lui pour arriver à leur fin.
