Mission of Justice
La candidate à la mairie, la Dre Rachel Larkin, a un plan dangereux pour une justice rapide sous la forme d’une bande d’anciens détenus, appelés les Peacemakers, qui errent dans les rues pour obéir à ses ordres. Lorsqu’un ami boxeur est tué par les voyous de Larkin, un policier hors-la-loi se rend sous couverture pour obtenir des preuves et se fraye un chemin jusqu’au cercle restreint de l’armée du médecin.
