NYPD 2069
L'agent du NYPD Alex Franco est en état de mort cérébrale après un "accident" commis par le meurtrier Harlan Kroger. En pleine lutte pour rester en vie, il est criogénisé pour les 66 prochaines années. Il découvre alors un monde complètement différent, mais décide de reprendre ses activités dans la police pour tenter d'arrêter Kroger.
