Six mois ont passé depuis l’horrible attaque de zombies… Chinatsu, qui était l’héroïne du premier « One Cut Of The Dead », a perdu sa voix après l’incident. Elle s’est teint les cheveux en blond et travaille comme serveuse à Hollywood, aux États-Unis. Elle a changé son nom en Holly, et s’apprête à démarrer une nouvelle vie. Cependant, le cauchemar se répète au restaurant. Que se passe-t-il ?! De vrais zombies débarquent et terrorisent la bande à Hollywood.
