It includes a 26-minute high intensity sequence with heavy weights (5-20 pounds) to sustain a fat-burning heart rate, while a variety of exercises circuit through the body. Use weekly for maximum muscle tone and fat-loss in hips, thighs, chest, back, arms & shoulders. As you grow lean and shapely, you’ll never outgrow Tough Tape. Just increase weight sizes.
