Plusieurs années ont passé depuis leurs débuts dans cet établissement. Tatsuya et sa petite sœur Miyuki entament leur dernière année à l’école de magie. Le frère et la sœur se rendent en compagnie de leurs amis dans une villa privée sur l’île d’Ogasawara. Ils font soudain la rencontre d’une étrange jeune fille appelée Kokoa. Alors qu’ils apprennent que cette dernière s’est en fait échappée d’une base navale, elle fait part de son dernier souhait à Tatsuya...
