Thunder Over the Prairie
Le docteur Steve Monroe arrive à Rock city et apprend que son ami Roy Mandan a été ruiné par une tempête de sable et est obligé de travailler pour un promoteur douteux, Ace Hartley, sur un projet de barrage. Lors d'une violente tempête, une inondation détruit l'ouvrage et met en relief la qualité médiocre des matériaux employés. Pour se disculper, Hartley fait tomber la responsabilité sur Roy et celui-ci est emprisonné.
